• Airknives still are an excellent solution to many drying applications.
  
  
• Apart from compressed air nozzles, traditionally they have been the only available method for delivering air to the product on the conveyor
  
  
• Added benefit of no fluctuations in pressure so they generally give excellent performance.
  
• However, minor changes in Airknife angle settings can significantly reduce effectiveness.
  
  
• Additionally, Airknife installations can be awkward as guide rails need to be cut.
  
  
• Quite often, guide rails are not cut, which then leads to performance issues as well.
