The ACI DRI-Line Series is currently available in three different standard formats.

Option 1 – ACI’s Open System (ACI ref: RM)

Option 2 – ACI’s Semi-enclosed System (ACI ref: EL)

Option 3 – ACI’s Fully enclosed System (ACI ref: LL)

Each of these drying systems efficiently and effectively removes water and liquid from identified critical areas of the product. For example:

Trapped liquid from inaccessible areas such as under the crowns of beer bottles.
Liquid from the concave base of cans prior to ink jet coding.
Liquid from the necks and main bodies of bottles (glass and PET) prior to the application of sleeve and paper labels.
Liquid from the necks and main bodies of bottles prior to sleeve and paper labels.

ACI DRI-Line Series Performance Capacities:

Glass and PET Bottles:- 0.33 to 2.5Ltr, 5,000 to 70,000 bottles per hour hot and cold fill
Wine bottles:- 0.3ltr to 1.5Ltr, 5,000 to 60,000 bottles per hour hot and cold fill
Cans:- 1 to 22 oz, upto 80,000 cans per hour hot and cold fill

Built-in robustness of all key components ensures high reliability and long-term performance of all ACI DRI-Line Systems.

2.Economic Operation
All ACI DRI-Line Systems are blower-driven drying systems which can save up to 90% in running costs when compared to compressed air nozzle systems

3.Quiet Operation
Noise levels for RM and EL systems can be between 85-89 dB(A). Fully enclosed systems are typically between 75-80dB(A) depending on the power level and speed
