Option 2 – ACI Semi-Enclosed Systems

ACI’s ‘EL’ drying enclosure model is a semi-enclosed system. The blower is sited within an acoustic enclosure that is sited on a pedestal which is then positioned above the conveyor line.

EL Systems can be readily used in conjunction with ACI’s Airknives, JetPlates, Can Tunnels, Neck and Cap Dryers

EL Unit Features: Cost effective solution – provides acoustic control for blower, but as standard no spray containment is provided. Drying options are supported directly from enclosure. Small footprint - takes up a minimal amount of space on the line. EL Systems be easily re-positioned if required. This design allows for easy adjustment and maintenance of Airknives, JetPlates, Can Tunnels etc. EL Systems provide reliable, maintenance free operation.
