Option 1 – ACI Fully Enclosed Systems

A Fully enclosed drying system where the blower and the Airknives, JetPlates or Can Tunnel etc are completely contained within a Stainless steel enclosure. Options include

1. LL - Blower sited below the conveyor

2. LNL (NEW DESIGN ) – Blower sited above the conveyor

Fully enclosed systems are used in conjunction with Airknives, JetPlates, Can Tunnels, Neck and Cap Dryers.

Key Features: Fully enclosed drying systems – provides both full spray and noise containment. Noise levels between 81-87dB(A) Blower housed below (LL) or above the line (LNL) Clean, internal designs allow for greater levels of cleanliness. Easy access for maintenance and operation Optional section of guide rail (LNL only) which enable Airknives / JetPlates etc to be pre-fitted
