1. ACI Airknives

Traditionally only available method for delivering blower-driven air.
Airknives provide a great alternative to compressed air
Excellent performance. However, small changes in angle of attack can significantly reduce effectiveness
Installation can be awkward, especially cutting guide rails
Airknives are still used extensively for larger bottle sizes and awkward shapes.

2. ACI JetPlates

Excellent drying performance for glass and PET bottles between 0.3 and 3 litre
Very simple installation and maintenance
Faces of the JetPlate acts as the guide rail
Little or no adjustment necessary after installation - only adjustment is for width of bottles
Stepped air delivery strips water down the bottles. Slot geometry developed to give optimum drying performance
Air is entrained down wards containing the spray so little chance or recontamination
Robust stainless steel construction with PE1000 plates

4. Cap Dryers

Designed for the drying of bottles with crown caps, jars and white caps
Airflow blasts the water from under the cap, thereby reducing build-up of rust. Can be used in conjunction with date coders
Consists of 2 Stainless Steel manifolds with 4 discharges on each at ø10mm
Supplied with a clear Makralon splash cover for easy visibility
Optional height winders are available
Can be used in conjunction with ACI JetPlates, Can Tunnels or Airknives

5.Neck Dryers

Designed for the drying of bottle necks
Simple solution to a previously difficult and common application
The Neck Dryer is designed to fit over the guide bars so no modification of these is required.
The Neck Dryer can be moved to suit various sizes of product by adjustment of the mounting brackets.
