Option 2 - ACI’s Semi-Enclosed System (ACI ref: EL)

Brief description:

Semi-enclosed systems where the blower is sited within an acoustic enclosure on a pedestal which is then positioned above or next to the line.

EL Systems can be readily used in conjunction with Airknives, JetPlates, Can Tunnels, Neck and Cap Dryers

Unit Features:

Drying option (i.e. Airknives, JetPlates etc) supported directly from enclosure.
Blower sited above the line, in an acoustic enclosure.
Very compact system – takes up a minimal amount of space on the conveyor line.
Can be easily re-positioned if required.
Allows for easy adjustment and maintenance of Airknives, JetPlates, Can Tunnels etc.
Provides reliable, maintenance free operation.
